This is a summary of our current T&C’s. Our full version is available to see on the link below…

  • Pitch areas are variable (we move them around!) hence tent size info & pre-booking additional pitch items is essential. We work on width of unit. We adhere strictly to licence spacing rules (min. 6 meters between fixed units). N.B. In 2021 we will be reviewing the amount of very large tents we allow during peak times to keep people traffic down to a minimum in our toilet/shower areas.
  • We do not guarantee a specific pitching area but will allocate space to booking requirements.
  • We prefer breathable groundsheets/mats to be used for the sake of our next guests..
  • Pets must NOT be left in any unit unaccompanied if you are leaving the site. (Local kennels are available)
  • We do not refund deposits paid due to a guest cancelling a booking when the campsite is operational. If you need to change your booking dates this can only be done subject to space availability.
  • We do not refund if a guest decides to depart early.
  • During the Summer School holiday periods we operate a minimum 4 night stay (Half-Terms & mid-July/August to mid-September). Our Bank holiday minimum is 3 nights except August.
  • We prefer arrivals prior to 7pm. We do not pitch after dusk. If no units are on site we close our site gates at 7pm.
  • We are a ‘couples’ and family site. In peak times we are not the correct site for groups or BBQ get-togethers. We allow a max. 2 units per booking. However, this will be reviewed regularly to keep compliant to current Government guidelines re social distancing. i.e. currently, if 2 units booked together exceed 6 persons your booking will not be accepted. Please do not arrange get-togethers with other friends and families not staying on our site. These must be arranged off site.
  • We do not accept any commercial or sign written vehicles on site.
  • Official Dog Pens are accepted. We don’t allow beach style windbreaks or net fencing as dog pens/as fences around pitches. (see acceptable styles on Dog-Friendly page). A single PLAIN camping windbreak is acceptable on a pitch . See Full T&C’s for more information. Please read the FULL T&C’s carefully by clicking the link below.

We only take direct bookings for stays at our Touring Park/Campsite. Please do not attempt to book through an agency, your booking will not be upheld.
